Open a ticket with the right service attached, then follow and reply to it.

## Steps (transcript)

1.

Open Support and click New ticket.

2.

Choose the department and the service it is about.

3.

Write a short subject and what you see, then submit.

4.

Open the ticket any time to read replies and answer in the reply box.

### فتح تذكرة دعم والرد عليها

افتح تذكرة مع إرفاق الخدمة المعنية، ثم تابعها وردّ عليها.

1.

افتح «الدعم» واضغط «تذكرة جديدة».

2.

اختر القسم والخدمة المعنية.

3.

اكتب عنواناً قصيراً ووصفاً لما تراه، ثم أرسل.

4.

افتح التذكرة في أي وقت لقراءة الردود والإجابة في مربع الرد.
